Most people would be really flattered for you to use their design. I did something similar on complete accident. I found an image of two dragons in a heart via some fanpop.com page. I loved the idea. it was 100% perfect for what I was looking for. A few weeks after I got the tattoo (with obvious slight alternations and different colors, etc.) I did some more research on similar tattoos and found the actual deviant art page with the creators upload there. I was actually kind of pissed I didn't find it earlier... lol. I just left a comment linking back to the picture of my tattoo I posted, and put a link on my DA picture to the original artists artwork. Other than that, I'm not sure there's much they CAN do. I don't hear much of lawsuits in regards to artwork... unless it's music. Just explain your situation and I'm sure the artist will be flattered you even bothered notifying them. Why does my cat keep running to the neighbors?

You needed to walk the cat around the boundry of your house letting her know that this is her teratory. I have done that with all of the cats that i have ever had. I don't know if it is too late to train your cat to recognize the boundry of your yard but the cat doen't know that you don't own the other house as well. Cats like certain spots to lounge like kids an their cafateria. They get over a spot after a few months and find a new one. But you should have walked the cat around your house every day for a few days for about 4 laps. Make sure that the cat is walking not you carrying the cat and walking. Get a leash for the cat and do this.

I think while they could give him more money. Lebron already makes more than any player due to advertisements, jerseys, and contracts already in Cleveland. Plus I could not see Knicks acquiring him unless Stoudmire or Bosh went there first and that means they would lose Lee since they wont have enough money and shots. for him. They also have a very depleted bench, no good point guard, and a coach who cant coach D or adjust well in games.

I would let my child play in the backyard in a diaper but not at the park or going for a walk. And no I wouldnt take my child for groceries or out to eat in just a onsie. If its not so terribly hot that people are being told to stay indoors at all times and I can go out in a pair of shorts there is no reason my child cant too. Throw a pair of cotton shorts on over the onsie and your good to go. If its so hot out she needs to be in just a diaper or onsie then I wouldnt take her outside in the first place.

Baby Trend Jogger Travel System.....if anyone owns it..... just a little question....?

I will be honest - I don't have the jogger type stroller but I do have a safety first travel system and I hate it! Safety 1st products are bigger and bulkier than any other stroller or carseat out there. They do not fit in the basket part of shopping carts, nor do they fit in other strollers such as Graco or Evenflo. They are very heavy carseats and I despise the fact that I am struggling to carry my 4 month old daughter from the car to our apartment (up one flight of stairs) because with her in the carrier it is over 20 lbs hanging off my arm. I also HATE the latching system on my safety 1st carseat. You have to put the two pieces together like a puzzle before they fit into the one piece that goes between the legs and if your baby is squirming that is next to impossible. All in all, I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and will be getting rid of it as soon as my daughter has outgrown it and will never buy Safety 1st again.

Ok, I'm familiar with pokemon. There are a few things when you are breeding pokemon. When you breed a male and female of a species you have a 50/50 chance on which gender the egg will be. When breeding with a ditto, the gender of the pokemon with the ditto decides what the gender will be. For example, a female pikachu and a ditto can only make more female pichus, that's a rule of the game. But if you mate a male pikachu and a ditto you have a chance of getting either or. I don't understand why they put it like that. Also, an egg's gender is set as soon as its made. So it doesn't matter how many times you hatch it.

My Bichon is 5 years old and I really want to do what I can for him. He had a test done on his knee joints last week for joint fluid...all normal and immune system (cells) normal. While he was sedated the vet checked his knee caps. Left slightly loose but right could be moved all over the place. That is why they beleive he has a ligament issue AND a torn Acl possibly. Same nightmare over and over.?

I have had this nightmare about 20 times so far since January, but I been experiencing this for 2 years. the dream always starts where I go to sleep that night as in, in my dream I wake up where I went to sleep and it feels as though it's not a dream. My view of my dreams are always as though my eyes are half closed and blurry and out of no where I feel pain and this horrible looking black figure is always hurting me and I feel it. I end up paralyzed and can't move in the end and then I realize it's a dream and I shake my head and wake up. It's the most scariest thing eps when if I go back to sleep I go back to the dream. Ever since I took one of the cats to the vet, my other cat has become very aggressive towards her. Why?

I had to take one of the cats to the vet and from the moment we got home my other cat has been acting very aggressively toward her. It has been 3 days and he is still hissing, growling at her, stalking her around the house and acting like she’s a stranger cat that has come into his territory. The strange thing is that they have always been buddies. He’s never acted this way toward her, he always grooms her and loves her. I am attempting to create a fic where I can deconstruct a genre of anime specifically the mahou shoujo/magical girl genre. I had read Sailor Nothing and watched Mai Hime however I still feel as though I can use more research on the topic of magical girl or deconstruction. There are 3 movies that I hear are (were) truly disturbing. They are: Caligula, I Spit On Your Grave and The Last House On The Left. My brother had told me a couple days after i was suppose to show up in court for this ticket arrest, an so therefore they put a warrant out for my arrest for not appearing in court... I'm been having chest pains...still haven't found a cause?

I'm only 18 years old and petite st 5'2" 100 pounds I have some health problems such as asthma and allergies and ocational migranes but for the past year or so I've been having these chest pains with pain and elovated heart rate I've been to the ER for it a couple times most resently on a school trip out of state. I've had lots of x-rays EKGs and I was even hooked up to a heart moniter for a week I go back to the pediatric cardiologist at UVA next week again I seem to have a higher heart rate then normal people on my last trip to the ER I was at a relay for life benifit and had to be taken via the ambulance witch was not fun at all! I drank heavily for the first 3 months of pregnancy and I have been very nervous about having a baby with problems due to my consumption. I had my 20 week fetal abnormality scan and everything came back perfect. The baby was actually bigger than the average and there was no problems with the heart or size of the brain. My question is... can the results of that u/s guarantee that the baby was not affected too much from the alcohol exposure? Women are equals? I just don't get it. Statistically speaking, >>>95% of women sleep around before marriage and then expect a man to want to commit to them, while the other 5% have severe issues with self-esteem. Every woman I've talked to, regardless in what setting I've been, I've come to know is just trash with no morals or self-respect. Are s a good form of discipline? Personally I believe that when done correctly s are a good (and memorable) punishment. I was ed regularly because I deserved it and I am neither aggressive, a failure or in prison. This parenting philosophy that swept the nation about 20 years ago is, in my opinion, asinine: reason with your kids, compromise with them, give them time outs and take away privileges but NEVER give them any real consequences! What a bunch of silliness! We have now seemingly raised up a new very disrespectful, narcissistic and thankless generation. It seems like after talking to the parents of the few kids that are respectful I usually find that they too ed their kids . I ed mine when needed and none of them (I have 3) have ever so much as been to the principals office. They are respectful to authority figures, happy, sociable and all get good grades. I care about their feelings of course but when they did something wrong I worried about the "why" second and punished first. After we talked about why and ways to avoid getting into trouble again. There HAS to be consequences for their actions. I still love the oldie but goody "because I'm the mom and I said so, that's why"! I'm not talking about beating them, just and there is a difference. I loved it! I think you could add a little more description and not just jump in to the real thing. Make the reader have suspense like Michael and her could start talking about David's character. I couldn't get close and have grief for David because there was no description. Maybe have her visualize the scene and something dramatic happen to her! It definitely catches my attention!

Why are my hands so shaky?

A little less than a month ago, I had this issue with my hands vibrating constantly throughout the day. It got so bad that i couldn't hold a pencil without dropping it and got especially worse after running. I am of average height and weight for my age and am pretty good at athletics. Blaming it on major caffeine buzzes, I quit drinking coffee and it seemed to slow down dramatically, however, recently, I have begun to shake again even without the caffeine and it has become very problematic. I was designated cameraman for a cl project because I am studying to become a photographer, but the constant shakyness is going to cause many problems... Does anyone know whats wrong with me? D:

My friend enrolled in BJJ at the same time when I started Muay Thai. He claims that BJJ or any type of ground work can beat any standup Martial Art out there since once the striker is on the ground then he won't know what to do and he backed it up by showing me a few vids of Royce Gracie demonstrating his BJJ with standup fighters and defeating them.
