Help me choose a used car? a 60K mileage galant or a 75K mileage jetta station wagon? ?

Both are 2002 model and come for the same price. I am leaning towards galant because of the low mileage and I liked the music system. But the pickup of Jetta whenI drive is too tempting. Is there any difference b/w sedan & wagon other than the looks. The jetta comes for cheaper price only because its a wagon. I also want to know which will hold a good resale value.
