Opinions... Do you feel it is okay for a 12-18 month old to be in public with only a diaper?

I would let my child play in the backyard in a diaper but not at the park or going for a walk. And no I wouldnt take my child for groceries or out to eat in just a onsie. If its not so terribly hot that people are being told to stay indoors at all times and I can go out in a pair of shorts there is no reason my child cant too. Throw a pair of cotton shorts on over the onsie and your good to go. If its so hot out she needs to be in just a diaper or onsie then I wouldnt take her outside in the first place.
