Itunes tv store season p?

Can someone explain what you can do with the season p? Im thinking of getting Scooby-Doo Inc. Season p 49.99 but I was wondering if I buy the season p, can I download the new episdoes for free? Or will it let me download only the episodes that are shown.? Help me out with the Season p
