Can someone explain to me what happened at the end of Inception? *possible spoilers*?

Its pretty simple. He stayed in the dream woulrd for a looong time then found the asian dude after howver, cos a 100 years in the dream world is like 10 hours in the real worldm they woke up back in the airplane after they killed themselves. plus we were never shown whether the spintop eventually stpped spinning or not. its up to you to decide if it was the real world or not.
