How to get to Big Lots using the Catabus in State College?

I'm a student at Penn State, and I don't have a car, but I'm trying to get to Big Lots. Specifically, the Big Lots on Benner Pike. I know the Catabus can go to Walmart or the Nittany Mall, which are close by, but does it stop at Big Lots? If not, is there a safe way I can get to Big Lots from either Walmart or the Nittany Mall?
