Does anybody use the devacurl shampoo?

after using the devacurl shampoo and the onecondition conditioner my curls got more defined but it got dirtier and it doesn't seem to clean my hair and it feels like i have residue buildup and i try to clean it with that shampoo since it does not have any bad chemicals but it got worse and when i use regular shampoos with the bad chemicals it works and makes my hair cleaner i don't know what to do becuz i no the shmpoo is great since it doesn't hav sulfate but its not cleaning my hair and i've already been using it for 3 weeks or so
