I want to emigrate to somewhere, New Zealand or America..Will my UK qualification be recognised?

I will be a qualified Counsellor, I'm doing a BACP accredited course, it's a BTEC EDEXCEL level 5 Diploma in Counselling. Will this be usefull abroad? thankyou
