What can/should I do if my brother used my info for a ticket arrest for POSS. Marj. ?

My brother had told me a couple days after i was suppose to show up in court for this ticket arrest, an so therefore they put a warrant out for my arrest for not appearing in court... It was such a confusing time period for me because my brother had told me he only did it because he had other poss charges under his name an the next 1 would mean jail time so he said he used my name because ive got a clean record... it was the time before the recession an so i felt as if I was going to be taken over my dads construction business but that had changed over the years because no work so we had to shut it down. Therefore I started looking into the army or the marines because being raised in sports an doing hard labor all my life I feel that I would be a good to serve for my country but this charge is holding me back an its really putting stress on my like never before. An why I ask this question because I really want to enlist into the marines or the army but I keep getting rejected for enlistment because of the misdemeanor charge that shouldn't even be mine in the first place.. I just felt bad for my brother because I didn't want him to go to jail. This is my fault to for being a nice brother an keeping him outta jail. I just know it'll probably be worst for him if I do turn him in because of fraud I suppose.. I dint know what to do.. I really want to be apart of the military service real bad. Im sorry for writing so much but I feel like im a bad kid when I get rejected ever time when my family knows that its not my charge.
