kk, well i usually take two showers a day, usually one before workout n one right after-each is maybe 5-10mins...well i wonder if its okay? my mom is being picky saying im wasting water n all, but its juz that when i go to practice i like taking a quick hot shower before to loosen up the muscles for stretching n then for basketball practice, but then i take shower after practice of course to get rid of the sweat, anyone else do this?
