Help me with english homework (personification)?

Well in English we have to write a poem to inspire someone for a certain career. The Poem has to include 7 different types of figurative language. I decided to do a acrostic poem with the word doctors. But I got stuck on personification cause how can you give a human a human characteristic and have it personification? I was thinking writing something doctors do into a personification line. It has to either start with an O or T (what i have left) but I got nothing help please?
