What happens when you have during your ovulation?

my next period was supposed to start on February 23, it hasn't happened yet and im worried... Now this couple of weeks i am starting to have cramps under my belly on and on my sides.My last period started on Wednesday January 26 and ended on February 3rd. yes i did have unprotected 3 times out of 11 days of my ovulation after my period ended. so whats up with the cramps am i having Fertilization Cramps Now or is it a late period?
