Uni stalling paint shop pro x2 on the control panel?

i tried uni stalling my paint shop pro program and removed it on the control panel but it keeps saying the install product does not match the in-stallion product source(s). Until the matching source is provided the or the installed product or source are synchronized this action can not be performed. what can i do to delete this completely . please i need help and get this program off my computer.
