Was Angela Kinsey of "The Office" ever on "The King of Queens"?

On the KOQ episode, "Shear Torture" (the epsiode where Carrie discovers that Doug has a hot hairdresser), Carrie's workout partner looks a lot like Angela Kinsey (Angela from "The Office"). I was certain it was her, but my husband disagrees. Does anyone know if she was in fact on the show? The credits went by so fast when the show ended that I couldn't read them to see who played Carrie's friend.
