Suggestions for a desktop/laptop for rift?

Hi guys, My birthday is in a month and i would like to start playing rift. Atm my current laptop is bad, i can barely play WoW on low details. So what im looking for is a desktop/laptop under �600 that can play rift reasonably well (Medium settings would be fine). Anyone got any suggestions?
