Can someone help me write a satire essay on cheerleading?

I completly forgot i had to write a satire essay i was thinking about being rly sarcastic and saying how cheerleaders care too much about their hair and make up, to be a cheerleader you have to be super skinny and have a eating disorder, wear skimpy outfits and act like your better then everyone else can someone help me write about this? PLEASE i rly need a good grade becus im failing right now :/
