4day old 1wk premie gp cant walk from being squished in womb can scoot. will she ever walk?

"my guinea pig was born 4days ago. born with 3 of her legs tight against her body. With exercises that the vet gave me over the phone, they have straightened most of the way but she can not walk though she is learning to scoot. she seems happy, eats from mom with extra feedings from me every 4hrs. she eats 1.5-2.5cc each time(formula mixed with baby cereal and baby veggies). mom potties her. She was born around 1wk early. My question is ...Is it likely that she will ever walk and if not can she survive with lots of TLC. (as long as she is not in pain)Vet wants to see her in 1wk but I am just looking for another opinion. I am willing to care for her as long as she is willing to fight."
