Could i go to hell for knowing about astral projection?

i tryed it but when i looked a little more into it i found out u go to hell for doing it and i feel scared i didnt know it was a sin i didnt believe it i tryed it and i felt like i was doing it could i go to hell for it please please tell me i wana go to heaven
